Choose an Erotic Liberation Session if you want support exploring your relationship with desire, pleasure, shame, boundaries, sexuality, expression, power, and erotic life force. This session is not about performing sexuality or becoming more desirable for someone else. It is about returning to your own embodied truth. You may come to this work because you feel disconnected from your desire, unsure of what you want, ashamed of your wanting, afraid of being seen, stuck in people-pleasing, frozen around boundaries, or curious about reclaiming a more alive relationship with your erotic self. The erotic is not only about sex. It is your relationship to life force — to wanting, choosing, feeling, creating, expressing, receiving, and being fully here. In this session, we may explore what happens in your body around yes, no, pleasure, visibility, power, longing, shame, voice, and self-expression. We move slowly, with consent, choice, and nervous system awareness at the center. Choose this if you want focused support around erotic reclamation, desire, boundaries, or pleasure.
