Refund Policy

All Wild Soma offerings are held with care, preparation, and energetic commitment. When you book a session, mentorship, workshop, or container, that time and space are reserved for you.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable.

This includes one-on-one sessions, mentorships, integration support packages, workshops, digital products, group experiences, and other paid offerings unless otherwise stated in writing.

Once payment has been made, your spot is reserved and cannot be cancelled, transferred, or refunded.

Payment Plans

If you enroll in a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all agreed-upon payments. A payment plan is not a subscription that can be cancelled at any time; it is a commitment to pay the full amount of the offering over time.

Missed or late payments may result in paused sessions, loss of access to materials, or cancellation of future support until payment is complete.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule a session.

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited and will not be refunded.

No-shows are considered forfeited sessions.

Late Arrivals

If you are late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late without communication, the session may be considered a no-show and forfeited.

Mentorships & Packages

Mentorships and integration support packages must be completed within the agreed-upon timeframe unless otherwise stated in writing.

If a package includes a set number of sessions, unused sessions do not roll over indefinitely. If you need to reschedule, please communicate as early as possible.

Workshops & Group Experiences

Workshop and group experience payments are non-refundable.

If you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your spot to another person, but transfers are not guaranteed and must be approved in writing before the event.

If Wild Soma Cancels

If Wild Soma needs to cancel or reschedule a session or event, you will be offered a rescheduled date or another appropriate arrangement.

Emergency Exceptions

Life happens. If there is a true emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered at Wild Soma’s discretion, but are not guaranteed.
