By using this website, booking a session, purchasing an offering, enrolling in a mentorship, or participating in any Wild Soma experience, you agree to the following terms.

Services
Wild Soma offers somatic coaching, embodiment practices, integration support, erotic reclamation work, ritual practices, movement-based experiences, mentorship containers, workshops, and related educational offerings.
These services are intended for personal growth, embodiment, self-inquiry, integration, nervous system awareness, and deeper relationship with the body. They are not a substitute for therapy, medical care, mental health treatment, psychiatric care, legal advice, or emergency support.

Eligibility
All offerings are intended for adults 18 years and older. By booking or purchasing an offering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Client Responsibility
You are responsible for your own choices, participation, pace, boundaries, and well-being during and after this work. You are always invited to listen to your body, communicate your needs, pause, modify, or opt out of any practice.
This work may involve emotional, physical, energetic, or psychological material. While the intention is to create a respectful and supportive space, Wild Soma does not guarantee any specific result, outcome, breakthrough, healing, income change, relational change, or life transformation.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking, enrollment, or according to the agreed-upon payment plan. If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of future sessions, removal from a program, or loss of access to materials.

No Refunds
All purchases, sessions, mentorships, workshops, digital products, and containers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
By purchasing or enrolling, you acknowledge that your payment reserves your space, time, preparation, and energetic commitment inside the offering.

Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations
Please review the Cancellation & Refund Policy for specific details. Missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows may be forfeited.

Confidentiality
Wild Soma honors the privacy of clients and participants. Personal information shared in one-on-one sessions, mentorships, or intake forms will be treated with care and discretion.
For group experiences, participants are asked to respect the privacy of everyone present and not share another person’s story, identity, or experience outside the container.
Confidentiality may be limited if there is risk of harm to self or others, suspected abuse or neglect, or when disclosure is required by law.

Boundaries & Conduct
Wild Soma reserves the right to refuse service, end a session, remove a participant from a group, or discontinue a working relationship if there is disrespectful, unsafe, abusive, sexually inappropriate, discriminatory, or boundary-violating behavior.
Erotic reclamation and somatic work are approached through consent, sovereignty, personal agency, and respect. No sexual services are offered.

Intellectual Property
All written materials, practices, course content, recordings, worksheets, frameworks, rituals, and website copy created by Wild Soma are the intellectual property of Wild Soma unless otherwise stated.
You may use purchased or shared materials for your own personal growth. You may not copy, reproduce, teach, distribute, sell, or publicly share them without written permission.

Digital Products & Recordings
Digital products, course materials, recordings, and downloadable resources are for personal use only. Access may not be shared with others.
​
Technology
For online offerings, you are responsible for having a stable internet connection and a private space where you can participate safely. Wild Soma is not responsible for missed sessions due to technology issues on the client’s end.

Right to Modify Offerings
Wild Soma may update pricing, offerings, website content, policies, or availability at any time. Changes will not alter already-purchased offerings unless communicated directly.

Limitation of Liability
By participating in Wild Soma offerings, you agree to take responsibility for your own well-being and choices. Wild Soma is not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes arising from your participation, use of the website, application of practices, or reliance on website content.
