Service Description

Choose the Embodied Integration Package if you are moving through a meaningful threshold and know you need more than one session to let the experience fully land. This container is for integrating medicine work, ceremony, kink/BDSM experiences, retreats, emotional openings, breakups, spiritual awakenings, relational shifts, or other moments that have cracked something open in you. Sometimes a big experience gives you insight, release, clarity, or a glimpse of who you are becoming. But without support, it can also feel destabilizing, confusing, or hard to bring back into your actual life. Integration is where the experience becomes embodied. In these sessions, we slow down and listen to what is still alive in your body. We track sensation, emotion, nervous system responses, meaning, resistance, desire, grief, boundaries, and choice. We make space for what opened without rushing to package it into a lesson or force it into a neat story. This work can support you in metabolizing what happened, grounding what changed, and beginning to live from the truth that emerged. Available as a 6-session or 12-session package. Choose this if you want steady, body-based support over time.
