There is more life available to you.
Much of our aliveness is spent managing what we feel, restraining what we want, and maintaining the identities that have helped us belong, stay safe, and remain connected.
What becomes possible when that energy is no longer spent preserving who you have had to be—and is free to move toward what is asking to be lived now—is the magnificent possibility at the heart of this work:
A life lived in relationship with the deeper intelligence moving through you.
For the life that wants all of you.
Meet Alex
My work is rooted in deeply lived experience.
In my own long return to the body, I’ve moved through shame, dissociation, resistance, walked through medicine spaces and transformational containers, explored sexual edge work, and live every day the humbling process of reclaiming myself from the inside out.
What I’ve learned is simple: the body is a portal back to truth, power, aliveness, and collective awakening.
That is the root of everything I do.

Here, the erotic is not treated as separate from healing.
At Wild Soma, I support people in coming back into relationship with the body as a place of truth, choice, power, and deep listening.
This work may support you in integrating big experiences, reclaiming desire, moving through shame, rebuilding self-trust, listening to your boundaries, and learning how to stay with yourself in the moments you would normally disconnect, collapse, or override.
Power is not control.
Power is the capacity to stay in relationship with yourself — with your body, your truth, , your longing, your grief, your pleasure, and your life force.
Through somatic inquiry, embodiment, movement, ritual, erotic reclamation, and integration support, we practice listening to the body as a deeply trusted ally.
So change does not stay conceptual.
It becomes lived.

The erotic belongs in healing.
So much healing work orients from the neck up.
We analyze. We process. We make meaning. We talk about the thing.
And that matters.
But there is another kind of knowing that happens when we come back to the body — when we journey below the neck and begin listening to the places that hold desire, instinct, pleasure, boundaries, grief, and power.
The erotic is not only about sexuality.
It is your relationship to life force. To wanting. To choosing. To creating. To feeling. To expressing. To being a full-bodied yes to your own aliveness.
This is why the erotic belongs in healing.
Because it is part of how we know ourselves, how we relate, how we create, how we lead, and how we live.
